General Requirements

A narrative letter briefly describing the proposed project, type of establishment, proposed stormwater infiltration practices, and anticipated daily sewage flow is required. The City of Boston's Official Street Numbering form is required with narrative.

The City of Boston, Inspectional Services Department (ISD) Street Numbering Form (经核证的街道地址)必须填妥，并送交监察事务署存档. Submission of this form must be included with the site plan. 表格可在位于马萨诸塞州波士顿马萨诸塞州大道1010号的ISD办公室获得. Once the form is approved by ISD, it will be submitted to BWSC.

Please follow these procedures to start the submittal process.

Pipe Material Requirements:

Material Requirements

All elevations shall be given relative to Boston City Base (BCB). The following elevations are required.
